GENERAL1. By Clicking on the 'Confirm and Proceed' button below you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with your order.2. Customers must provide their real name and contact details when placing an order. When providing payment details customers must ensure that the payment details are both valid and correct. PRIVACYYour information remains private and confidential, and will not be passed on to any third party.LOGO DESIGN TECHNICALITIESLogos will be designed in the CMYK colour models unless specifically requested otherwise, or unless chosen by the designer at their discretion. Pantone or RGB colours can be requested at no additional cost.The source file is Adobe Illustrator CS2. Additional formats supplied are: .EPS (with text converted to outlines) ; .PDF ; .jpeg (large, medium, small) ; .gif (large, medium, small) ; .png (large, medium, small) ; The greyscale version of your logo will be supplied in .eps, .ai, .pdf and .png formats. Where suitable we will also include a solid-colour version and a fax (black/white only) version of your logo. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKINGAll our logo designs are created from scratch by our graphic designers. Any similarity to other existing logos or trademarks is purely accidental. We do not accept any liability for the rejection of a trademark application, or any infringement or violation of intellectual property right asserted by a third party in relation to our products.Upon the completion of your logo design package, you gain copyright ownership of the logo. However you agree to allow us royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable rights to publish your logo or any other work we do for you in any media as part of our portfolio or any other promotional material. REVIEWSThe Logo Design Package includes 3 free logo reviews. A logo review generally consists of 1-6 compositions based on the original logo design concepts provided by OnlineLogoDesign.com.au. This includes variations in colour, font, composition or the combination of 2 or more concepts into one. It generally does not include the introduction of new graphical elements, unless volunteered at the designers discretion. Additional reviews are charged at $19.95 per review, and must be paid for upfront.PAYMENTA 50% project commencement payment is required upon the commencement of any logo design package project. Upon completion of the logo design the completion installment of 50% is payable before we send you the logo source files. We reserve the right to withold these files until this payment is made. For our stationery design or business startup packages, installments are as featured on the order form.DELIVERYUpon payment of the logo completion installment we will email you a copy of your files to the email address provided on your order form, and send them on CD to the address provided on your order form. We may not be able to email all logo files due to size limitations. In this case, the primary source files will be emailed, with the additional versions/ variations sent by CD only. Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of your CD. We can not be held responsible for the loss of any CD after it has been posted, however if this occurs we will issue one additional replacement CD.PROJECT CANCELLATIONIn the event that you wish to cancel your project at any stage, a payment of $19.95 will be charged for each logo review round that has been undertaken. For example, if you decide to cancel your logo design project after two rounds of reviews, you will be charged $39.90 upon cancellation. In the event of a project cancellation you must notify us within 30 days. Any non-contact for longer than 30 days we will deem that the project is complete, and we will invoice you the full amount outstanding on your design package. Exceptions will be made for exenuating circumstances.We reserve the right at our discretion to reject, cancel or terminate any product offered by OnlinelogoDesign.com.au. If this is cancelled for any reason other than customer non-compliance to these terms and conditions, an appropriate refund will be issued. |
